01What is VerifiedScore?+
VerifiedScore is a local trust framework that separates public experience, independent inspection, basic facilities and category-specific behaviour or quality so visitors can compare a place with more context than one star average.
02Can a business pay for a higher VerifiedScore?+
No paid feature should directly increase the public, inspection or final VerifiedScore. Businesses can manage profile information and respond to reviews, but scoring is intended to remain independent from payment.
03Why are school and restaurant parameters different?+
Different categories have different risks and expectations. A school may need education, student support, safety and transport parameters, while a restaurant may need food quality, hygiene, service and kitchen safety parameters.
04What does “Inspected” mean?+
It means the profile has an applicable independent inspection record in the platform workflow. Open the profile to see the published inspection information and date where available.
05Can a business delete a bad review?+
A business may reply or report a concern, but genuine criticism should not be silently removed just because it is negative. Reviews can still be moderated for fraud, spam, unlawful content or policy violations.
06Why can a score change?+
New public reviews, later inspections, verified corrections or updated eligible data can change the signals that contribute to a profile over time.
07What if a place is missing?+
Use the Add Place option. A submitted listing can remain pending until the appropriate verification or moderation process is completed.
08How do I report incorrect information?+
