Acceptance of these terms

By using VerifiedScore, you agree to these Terms and applicable law. A paid purchase requires the checkout consent shown before payment. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or complete the purchase.

Directory information

Business, school, hospital, restaurant and other listing information may come from owners, users, public sources or platform verification. Information can change and should be independently confirmed when a decision is important.

Accounts

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping credentials secure. Do not impersonate another person or organization. A person purchasing a Business Plan, inspection or re-inspection service confirms that they are authorized to act for the relevant business/account and to use the selected payment method.

Reviews and user content

Content you submit must be lawful, relevant and based on a genuine basis for comment. You must not post fake reviews, malicious spam, private personal information or content designed to manipulate ratings.

Business profiles and claims

Claiming or verifying a profile does not give a business the right to delete genuine criticism or control independent scores. Material identity changes may require re-verification. Verification status or a verification badge is separate from VerifiedScore and inspection scoring.

Inspection information

Inspection reports reflect the applicable process, parameters and evidence available at the time. They are not a guarantee that conditions will remain unchanged after inspection. Purchasing or upgrading a Business Plan does not automatically trigger an inspection or re-inspection.

VerifiedScore and rankings

Scores are informational signals, not warranties, certifications of legal compliance or guarantees of safety, quality or future performance. A Free or Paid Business Plan cannot directly purchase a higher VerifiedScore, inspection score, public ranking, verification outcome or favorable evaluation.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to manipulate ratings or inspections, scrape or overload the service unlawfully, bypass access controls, submit malware, misuse AI or payment systems, harass users or interfere with platform operations.

Moderation

VerifiedScore may review, restrict, remove or retain content when reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance, fraud prevention, platform integrity or policy enforcement.

Service availability

Features may change, be temporarily unavailable or be updated without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Temporary maintenance, AI/provider downtime, network issues or short service interruptions do not by themselves make an activated paid plan refundable.

Limitation of reliance

Use VerifiedScore as one source of information. AI guidance, analytics and reports are advisory tools and do not guarantee revenue, customer growth, SEO/search position, business results, safety or future performance. For high-impact decisions, independently verify critical information with the relevant professional, institution or authority.

General changes

These Terms may be updated as the platform develops. Material changes apply from the effective date/version shown on this page. Each new paid purchase, upgrade or renewal requires acceptance of the Terms applicable to that payment event.

Business Plan Terms

The plan name, price, validity and included core benefits shown at checkout/order time form the applicable purchased entitlement; general promotional statements do not add benefits that are not expressly included. Plan validity starts only after payment is successfully verified and the plan is activated. Pending, failed or attempted payments do not start the plan period. Business Plans are linked to the purchasing business/account and are not transferable, resellable or shareable unless VerifiedScore expressly permits it. Standard plans do not auto-renew or auto-debit. If no next payment is made, access continues until the current paid validity ends and then expires. Where a recurring mandate or renewal setting is available, cancelling or turning off future renewal does not shorten the already-paid current term. Automatic recurring debit can occur only where the user separately and explicitly authorizes a recurring payment mandate. VerifiedScore may revise pricing, features, limits or plan availability for future purchases/renewals; already-paid core entitlements will not be retroactively reduced during the active paid term except where reasonably required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention or unavoidable third-party/technical service changes.

Non-Refundable & Billing Exception Policy

Activated Business Plan purchases are non-refundable. There is no partial or pro-rata refund for an unused portion of an active paid term, and consumed benefits cannot be reversed. A limited billing review is available only for a verified duplicate payment, a payment that was successfully completed but the purchased plan was not activated, or a clear platform-side billing error. Such an issue should be reported through the official VerifiedScore contact route within 7 calendar days of the transaction with available Transaction/Payment ID, registered mobile/email, plan name, payment date and amount. VerifiedScore will verify the case against platform and payment-gateway records and, where applicable, process a reversal or adjustment within 7 calendar days after verification; final bank/gateway credit timing may be outside VerifiedScore's control. This policy does not override any mandatory remedy, reversal timeline or consumer right required by applicable law, RBI/payment-system rules or an applicable payment-gateway process.

Inspection / Re-inspection Fee Terms

Inspection or re-inspection fees are separate from Business Plan fees. Once an inspection/re-inspection request has been accepted or scheduled, its fee is non-refundable except for a verified duplicate payment or clear platform-side billing/activation error. Purchasing a Business Plan does not automatically trigger an inspection or re-inspection and does not cause an immediate VerifiedScore change. Inspection/re-inspection follows its own eligibility, request, payment, scheduling and evaluation process, and payment never guarantees a higher score or favorable outcome.

Plan Usage, AI & Reports

Included AI questions, analytics, reports, credits and other plan benefits are service-usage benefits. Once used or consumed, they cannot be reversed, exchanged or refunded. Unused AI questions, reports, credits or other benefits do not carry forward beyond their applicable reset cycle or plan validity unless the purchased plan expressly states otherwise; unused benefits expire when the relevant cycle or plan ends. Temporary AI/provider downtime, maintenance or network interruption does not by itself create a refund right. Business guidance may help identify improvements, but it does not guarantee revenue, growth, SEO position, ranking or any particular business result.

Scoring Fairness & No Pay-to-Rank

Free and paid businesses remain subject to the same applicable category-based inspection/scoring principles. Plan price, subscription status, verification badge, AI allowance or report depth does not buy a higher VerifiedScore, different inspection parameters, an easier inspection, preferred public scoring treatment or a guaranteed ranking. VerifiedScore does not offer a pay-to-rank advertising plan that changes public VerifiedScore or inspection outcome. Paid Business Plans provide guidance, analysis, reports and growth-support depth; they do not purchase a public score advantage.

Payments, Records & Gateway Verification

The customer pays the amount clearly shown at checkout; applicable taxes or charges, if any, should be shown before payment. Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment gateways/banks. VerifiedScore does not require or store a user's full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or online-banking password for platform checkout. Checkout acceptance, Terms version, order IDs, transaction/payment IDs, timestamps, receipts, gateway status and relevant electronic communications may be retained and used to verify the transaction, activation and acceptance of these Terms. Every new paid purchase, upgrade or renewal requires fresh Terms acceptance. If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised, the affected paid service/account may be temporarily restricted while the transaction is reviewed; verified duplicate charges, activation failures or billing errors will be handled using platform records and the applicable gateway/bank process. Bank declines, settlement delays and gateway-specific technical processing may also be subject to the respective provider's rules.

Suspension, Misuse & Account Restrictions

VerifiedScore may suspend or terminate an account or paid service for fraud, payment abuse, unauthorized access, manipulation attempts, account/plan sharing, misuse of AI or platform services, chargeback abuse or a serious violation of these Terms. Where suspension or termination results from the user's breach, the remaining paid period and unused benefits are non-refundable, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law.

VerifiedScore is publicly identified as VerifiedScore. The legal operator is Hyper Era Pvt.Ltd (Company). Public operator location: New Delhi, India. Official support, grievance and identity details are published on the About / Operator Identity section and the Contact page. Blank optional identity fields are not published.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and any mandatory forum or remedy available to a consumer, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of VerifiedScore's registered or principal business office. For billing or plan-activation issues, use the official VerifiedScore Contact page or contact details published there; requests through unofficial channels may not be treated as verified billing claims.
