✓ Public accountability

Challenge facts. Not the fairness standard.

If a public profile, inspection record or VerifiedScore-related statement appears factually wrong, you can ask us to review it. A request does not automatically change a score.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

A clear route from concern to reviewed outcome.

We keep the public process understandable while keeping private moderation, anti-fraud and internal operational controls confidential.

01

Submit concern

Identify the exact business/profile, disputed information and what you believe is wrong.

02

Evidence review

Relevant public or verifiable information is checked where available. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private data.

03

Independent review

The concern is reviewed under the applicable trust process, separate from Business Plan sales or paid score treatment.

04

Correct if justified

Supported factual errors may be corrected. A disagreement without supporting grounds does not force a score change.

05

History retained

Where applicable, prior inspection/history records remain distinguishable rather than being silently rewritten.

Review target: We aim to review correction or appeal requests within 7 working days. Complex cases, evidence verification or re-inspection requirements may take longer.
WHAT THIS PROCESS DOES NOT DO

A complaint is not a score-control button.

×

No instant removal

A low score or negative public record is not removed solely because a business dislikes it.

01
₹

No paid influence

A Free or Paid Business Plan does not buy a favorable appeal, higher VerifiedScore or easier inspection outcome.

02
✓

Factual correction

Where a review supports a factual correction, the public information can be updated through the applicable process.

03

New conditions need new evidence

Business improvements after an inspection may require an eligible later inspection, re-inspection or verified update rather than rewriting the old record.

Important: VerifiedScore is a decision-support signal, not a 100% guarantee. Users should consider the latest inspection date, available evidence, reviews and their own judgment before making a decision.
